Services

Versatile Back Office provides professional business support services, including but not limited to:

All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed scope of work, timelines, and pricing — confirmed prior to project commencement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Versatile Back Office agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information
• Share required documents, data, and tool access in a timely manner
• Use our services for lawful business purposes only
• Make payments as per the agreed invoices and timelines

Payments

All payments must be completed as per the agreed invoices or proposals. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other authorised payment gateways.

Late or outstanding payments may result in:

• Delays in ongoing service delivery
• Suspension of active projects
• Termination of the engagement

Versatile Back Office reserves the right to pause or discontinue work until outstanding invoices are cleared.

Intellectual Property

All original content, reports, designs, dashboards, or deliverables created specifically for the client will become the client's property upon receipt of full payment — unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the project.

Versatile Back Office retains the right to use general methodologies, processes, and non-client-specific tools developed during the engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat all client business information with strict confidentiality. We do not share, disclose, or sell sensitive client data to any unauthorised third parties.

Where required, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work — this is already standard practice with our US-based clients.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Versatile Back Office shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Business interruption or loss of revenue
• Data loss due to third-party platform failures
• Service disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control
• Errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

Service Modifications

Versatile Back Office reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering or website content at any time. Where possible, clients will be notified in advance of significant changes affecting active engagements.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
