Versatile Back Office delivers customised, knowledge-based outsourcing services — including back-office support, accounting, payroll, virtual assistance, web development, and digital marketing. Because these are service-based engagements, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature and stage of work involved.
Refund Eligibility
The following outlines when refunds may or may not be considered:
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Payment made for a service not yet initiated
- Mutually agreed cancellation before work begins
- Inability to deliver agreed service on our part
- Work already completed and delivered
- Partially completed project milestones
- Delays caused by client non-responsiveness
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Services already rendered in good faith
Cancellation Process
Clients may request a cancellation at any time by contacting us via email. All cancellation requests will be reviewed based on:
- The current stage of the project or service
- Work completed and resources already allocated
- Advance payments made and deliverables provided
We aim to handle all cancellations fairly and with clear communication. Our team will respond to your request within 2 business days.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay or other authorised gateways).
