The following outlines when refunds may or may not be considered:

Clients may request a cancellation at any time by contacting us via email. All cancellation requests will be reviewed based on:

  • The current stage of the project or service
  • Work completed and resources already allocated
  • Advance payments made and deliverables provided

We aim to handle all cancellations fairly and with clear communication. Our team will respond to your request within 2 business days.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay or other authorised gateways).

Business Days Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and payment gateway processing timelines.
